Rules for using the U-Movers website and conditions for ordering moving services.
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between LLC "U-Movers" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and website visitors and moving service customers. By using the site or submitting a request, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to abide by them.
The website is intended for familiarization with the Company's services, calculating the estimated cost of a move, and submitting requests. It is prohibited to use the website for actions that violate current Ukrainian legislation, the rights of third parties, or to attempt unauthorized access to the Company's systems.
All text materials, images, logos, and website design are the property of the Company or are used legally. Copying, reproducing, or otherwise using these materials without the written consent of the Company is prohibited.
A request submitted via the calculator or feedback form is a preliminary service inquiry. The cost calculated by the calculator is estimated — the final amount is agreed upon with the manager before the work begins, taking into account the actual volume and specific features of the move.
Payment for services is made in cash or by bank transfer upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed. The customer may cancel or reschedule the request by notifying the Company in advance — the recommended notice period is specified by the manager during order confirmation.
The Company bears financial responsibility for the property entrusted to it for packing and/or transportation, in the manner agreed with the customer. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the customer providing false information about the cargo, addresses, or access conditions.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, acts of war, decisions of authorities, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Use. The current version is always published on this page, indicating the date of the update.
